In order to challenge creativity and the process of developing ideas in a first-year typography course, the instructor provided this as a final assignment, containing some extremely strict limitations on use of type and content. ​Throughout the semester, the instructor had emphasized thinking outside the box, knowing when to push the boundaries and experiment-ing with ideas. This two page magazine layout stood out as a unique solution.
