The Miss Rodeo Canada Pageant takes place in November each year. It is a very demanding, week-long competition, at the end of which one lady is crowned and wins the honour of representing Canadian Professional Rodeo for the following year. The opportunity to design the pageant program during the fall of 2018 was a special project, marking the beginning of MRC 2019’s year.

Based on extensive experience working with the Miss Rodeo Canada Society, I was able to communicate closely with various members of the Board of Directors in order to create a product that was true to their vision. This real-world project presented a fantastic chance to practice communicating with clients and project management. Content was received in various formats and from multiple sources before being organized into a cohesive layout.
